Past Directors ...

Loren Callan 

Loren Callan, and his wife Betty, retired to Oakhurst in 1998 and Loren began playing his trumpet with the Oakhurst Community Band. When the band director became too busy to give the band the attention it warranted, Loren was happy to take over directing duties, drawing on his experience as a musician and director during his school years. The OCB is one of the many ways Mr. Callan sought to improve the lives of those in the Oakhurst and surrounding community. We are honored to be the caretakers of this legacy and hope to honor Mr. Callan's  memory by continuing, and expanding upon, The OCB's tradition of excellence.

Michael Corrigan 
Michael Corrigan, also served as band and choir director for Yosemite High School for a time. More info re: Mr. Corrigan can be found here.
